The main focus of the menu is to offer fresh seasonal dishes that brings together different cooking styles with the chefs own creative twist. The idea is to take what we have locally and integrate that into what the public understands and appreciates. The Grand Strand has a very diverse palate that comes from all over the country and world, therefore we want to try and stimulate everyone’s taste buds while giving them a reminder of times past.
Sweetgrass is a
diverse collaboration of gourmet fusion and traditional basics.
We are going to utilize the highest and best grade of product so
that you’re assured of having a meal that is good and good for
you. Sweetgrass wants to create a “WOW” every time an event
occurs. Since adapting this way of thinking we have started a
new trend for the Myrtle Beach community, eating art. Sweetgrass
has taken many prizes and trophies for its ability to “WOW” its
