About Us...

Chef Scott grew up in the mountains of North Carolina and started his culinary career by the age of 15. He has worked in nearly every avenue of the culinary world from country clubs, restaurants to now his own catering company. Traveling around the country and the world has allowed him to sample some of the best food from different regions to bring back to you with a southern smoothed out feel.
